Force,
measured.
Hawkin Dynamics force plates read the ground 1,000 times a second. Jump on them and within seconds you see how much force you make, how fast you make it, and whether one leg is doing more than the other. The same plates trusted across the major US professional leagues, made by a team that works out of our building.

The test lab
More thana jump.
The plates run nine kinds of test, from explosive jumps to all-out pulls against a bar that does not move. Pick one to see what it measures and how we use it.

Countermovement jump
What it is
A dip and an all-out jump. The most used test on force plates, because it is quick to learn and tells you so much.
Why it matters
It reflects overall athletic capacity: how much force you make, how fast, and how evenly between legs.
How we coach it
We track it across a block to see whether training is turning into explosiveness, not just bigger lifts.
How we coach it
Data you
can feel.
A number on a report changes nothing on its own. These are the ways the plates change what happens on the floor.
- 01Live feedback, mid-repIn free-run mode the plates show your force as you make it. Push harder, land softer, load both legs evenly, and see it happen in real time.
- 02Ready or notA few jumps or a drop landing before training show how fresh you really are, so the session can push or pull back to match.
- 03Like for like, over timeEvery test is tagged and tracked on its own, so today is only ever compared with the same test done the same way.
- 04Back from injuryThe injured side can be measured against the good one, in jumps, landings and strength, so the call to return can rest on numbers, not a feeling.
- 05TeamsA whole squad can be tested in minutes, with every player tracked across the season.
The kit
The Hawkinrange.
Plates for the whole body moving. A dynamometer for one muscle at a time. One app that keeps it all together.
Flagship
Dual wireless force plates
Two plates, one under each foot. The full Hawkin system, validated against laboratory plates.
- Left and right measured separately
- Wireless, set up anywhere in minutes
- 1,000 readings a second
- Live feedback in free-run mode
Strength
TruStrength dynamometer
A fist-sized force sensor that fixes to a rack or bench, so the reading does not depend on the tester holding steady.
- Measures pushing and pulling, from 1 N to 10,000 N
- Groin squeeze, hip, knee, calf and shoulder tests
- 1,200 readings a second
- Two units together give left and right from one rep
Software
Hawkin Capture and Cloud
The app runs every test and shows results straight away. Everything syncs to the cloud, so each athlete builds a history over time.
- Nine test types, each with its own tags
- Results the moment you land
- Every session saved and comparable
The people behind it
Better coaches,
not just better kit.
The best technology is only as good as the person reading it. Having the team that builds these plates under the same roof means our coaches learn from them first-hand.
