The method

Know it.
Prove it.
Move it.

Training Club runs on one trainable number: your GRID score. Everything you do here is built to move it.

  1. 01
    Get your number

Score yourself online with GRID. Free, about three minutes. You get a first score out of 100 and your four attributes.

  2. 02
    Make it official

Verify it in person: one-on-one with a coach, or at GR Games, our big open testing day.

  3. 03
    Train to move it

Join the sessions built to lift it. Retest every 8 weeks and see exactly what changed.

Your program

Two waysto move it.

Same sessions, same coaches, same floor. What changes is what your program is aiming at.

The fastest way up

All-round athlete

Lift your score and your overall athletic ability as quickly as possible. We go after your weakest attribute first, because that is where the points are.

Your sport or your event

Precision focused

Tailored to the quality you need most: a faster first step, a bigger jump, an engine that lasts a full game, or an event coming up on the calendar.

Your program

Five different program focuses.

Everyone trains together in the same coached session, each on their own program. A speed focus can train right next to a strength focus.

01 / 05

Strength

Heavy, coached lifting. Squat, hinge, press, pull.

Power

Jumps, throws and fast lifts. Force, delivered quickly.

Speed

Acceleration, top speed and change of direction.

Endurance

Intervals and conditioning that hold up late in a game.

Move

Mat Pilates. Control, strength through range and the small muscles that keep you training. Included in Training Club.

The crew

The individual journey to greatness no longer needs to be done alone.

Find yourteam atGameReady.

Everyone in the session has their own number and their own program. You still warm up together, work side by side and finish as a team. What it's like training with the elite.

The floor

Room to trainyour way.

There is a lot of floor here. Enough for a coached session, someone working through a program we wrote for them, and someone doing their own thing, all at the same time and never in each other's way. However you like to train, there is a place for you.
