Your GRID is one number out of 100, built from eight tests across four attributes: strength, power, speed and endurance. Two tests per attribute. That's it. No body fat, no "fitness age", no guesswork.
It's measured against a fixed standard
Not against your gym, your team or whoever tested before you. The standard doesn't move, so a 74 means the same thing for a 19-year-old footballer as it does for a 40-year-old runner. Your age only decides which leaderboard division you sit in. It never inflates the score.
Most people start between 55 and 72
If that's you, you're not behind. You're exactly where the scale expects someone who trains but hasn't trained for these qualities specifically. The first badge, Bronze, starts at 75.
Your weakest attribute is where the points are
Four numbers make up your score, and the cheapest gains are almost always in the lowest one. Push a strength of 80 to 82 and it barely moves the total. Lift an endurance of 67 to 75 and you'll see it.
Know your number
Eight tests, four attributes, one number out of 100. Find out where you stand in about three minutes.
Online is a start. Tested is the real number
The online test takes about three minutes. You enter what you know and rate yourself on the rest, and you get a provisional score. Come in and do all eight tests with a coach, 1:1 or at an event hosted every quarter, and your score becomes verified. Only verified scores earn badges and go on the leaderboard.
Then you retest every eight weeks
One block of work, then the same eight tests again, so you can see exactly what moved.
